Information for parents/guardians of children who have collected all 6 Weymouth & Portland Wheels of Time site badges.
When a child aged from 5 to 11 years has collected all 6 badges, they are eligible for a special Award, which consists of an Award Badge, and Lanyard to put all your badges on, and a Certificate.

In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we use this information to:
- Produce award badges and contact parents/guardians to arrange presentation of the awards
- Check the entitlement of children to receive an award claimed on their behalf
Unless specific consent is given, no personally identifiable data is shared with any third party who is not a member, or does not represent a member, of the Scheme.
We may invite the local news media to the presentation, or take photographs during your visit. We will ask you to complete a consent form to allow your child’s name and photograph to be published. This is not a requirement for your child to receive an award.
